THE “ON THE TRAIL OF THE TICK” ZOO EVENT

ASSIGMENT

Create a fun way to reach families and raise awareness about ticks and the importance of vaccination.

GOAL

Educate families with children about protection against tick-borne encephalitis and increase interest in vaccination.

Our PR campaigns on tick-borne encephalitis adopted a variety of approaches, including a more light-hearted tone. For example, we invited the visitors of the Prague Zoo to follow the tracks of a tick. Focusing on younger visitors and their parents, we offered them the opportunity to participate in a tracking game.

The children searched for clues at twelve stops throughout the zoo. At the final location, they had to solve a puzzle to win a prize.

In partnership with Prague Zoo, we reached over 35,000 visitors during the two-day event. More than 14,000 children took part in the competition.
